At Urban Drake, we’re committed to giving you the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we’ve created a simple and hassle- free return and exchange policy to help you shop with confidence.
Refunds
At Urban Drake, all our products are made with care and attention to detail. As a result, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. However, we are happy to offer exchanges!
You can exchange your product for a different size or item, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused,
- Tags must be intact, and
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. A convenience and shipping fee of ₹100 will apply for all exchange requests.
📏 Tip: Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid the need for exchanges.
Exchange Terms:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
Follow these easy steps to process your exchange:
- Visit our website at https://urbandrake.com
- Click on the “Exchange My Order” link
- Select your reason for exchange and upload clear images of the product with the label and tag visible.
- Include a short explanation for the exchange request
- Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange for pickup from your address and deliver the exchange product to you
